The tape loop maker idea comes from an article in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. In the article a teacher needed a faster and easier way to make tape loops so that the class could hang pictures on the wall.
I have toyed around with a few ideas for its design. The difficult part is cut the tape and grabbing it again to form another loop. I hope to have some drawing on the site on the next update, but see what designs you can come up with.
